5 axis machining is an effective method of reducing the number of setups required and increasing precision when machining complex or multi-sided parts. Haas UMC Series Vertical Machining Centers are a cost-effective solution for simultaneous 3+2-sided and 5-axis machining. The UMC-750 features and integrated dual-axis tilting table with a 500mm diameter deck with standard T-slots and a precision pilot hole for versatile grooving. Dual support tilt table offers -35º and +110º of balance and 360º of rotation for convenients tool turning and large workpiece support.

Our new process restores mould geometry after the useful life of the mould, so that these parts can be used to produce more containers. We are also able to rebuild and recycle discarded nozzles and rings.

Moulds have a pre-determined life cycle. After the end of the life cycle, these moulds are generally discarded. Our process gives moulds a new lease of life, doubling the minimum life cycle.

This process is also able to re-shape moulds, with engravings, in iron and bronze.
